ABOUT​

 

Jared Waters is a producer, engineer and multi-instrumentalist with over 10 years of experience in both analogue and digital recording. 

 

At the age of 11, he began his journey at Sabella Studios in Long Island, New York, where he was recording an EP with his brother. During the post production mixing sessions, he learned how to operate the Studer A 80 tape machine and the Neve 8068 console.

 

Jared earned his bachelor's degree in music from The Conservatory of Music at Purchase College. He has had the opportunity to work with Steve Holley (drummer for Paul McCartney and Wings), Dr. Joe Ferry (7x Grammy nominated producer), Peter Denenberg (producer for Spin Doctors) and James Sabella (owner of Sabella Studios and producer for Public Enemy, and Marcy Playground).

 

Jared’s highly personable and individualised approach to the artists he works with has led to very satisfied clients, along with a dynamic catalogue that spans various genres, recording techniques, and production styles.
